PERSONAL INJURY case
People often encourage others to look for the positive in adverse circumstances.
Doing so was not easy after being hit by a car on my bicycle, while training for the Bike MS charity ride. I was very fortunate in that I was not knocked unconscious and was able to get up, walk and talk. Of course, this is the first positive. What happened next, after I got home from the emergency room, quickly became more stressful than I could ever imagine- calls from the insurance company. Fortunately, I was referred to the Law Office of Arnold N. Hirsch. This is where that positive stuff really kicks in. After meeting with Mr. Hirsch and his assistant, Diane, I realized I was in good hands and my best interests their primary goals.
I did not have to lift a finger, other than keep track of my injuries, medical and test appointments and billings. Diane, my primary contact with the office, kept me apprised of progress and patiently guided me through the process. She explained every step to me and made sure I understood our strategy and anything that may impact my claim. I could not be more grateful for having worked with Diane through this experience. She, literally, took all the stress and concern away from me. Thank you.
Strategy. Of course the time came for negotiations and the offer on the table was not satisfactory. This is where my respect and confidence in Mr. Hirsch and Diane became rock solid. Mr. Hirsch did not hesitate to be aggressive in our stance, nor did he hesitate to consult with a peer to ensure the best possible outcome for me. The strategy was clearly explained to me and we moved forward. What happened next simply blew me away. The claim increased by 60% from the original offer on the table.
I am grateful to Mr. Hirsch, Diane and their team for their genuine caring and concern for my interest and welfare. Never once did I feel rushed as they always gave me the time I needed. They have been the topic of many conversations and their names have been shared as a referral on several occasions.
ESTATE PLANNING case
Two years ago when I moved to Arizona from Virginia, I was looking for an attorney who could re-cast my end of life documents from Virginia law to Arizona law. I also needed an attorney who I could trust to insure the documents were “bullet-proof” in terms of carrying out my final wishes and conformed to all current state and federal laws and regulations.
Working with the Law Offices of Arnold N. Hirsch I found such a law firm.
Mr. Hirsch has over 30 years’ experience working with end of life and Estate Planning documents. He and his staff took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and wishes and worked diligently to cast them into proper legal terms and form.
I was very pleased with the staff, the process, and the end result of my association with Mr. Hirsch and his associates. I can recommend them very highly and with confidence that they will do a completely professional and highly competent job.
